It took me a week to finish it, despite the fact that it is only 74 pages long. When I bought it, I honestly thought it was a children's book. And I still believe the author would have done better to spend more time on it and make it into a children's book than to put out this rubbish. The entirety of this book is made up of dubious moral lessons and ideas, that the author really seems to take too seriously and ends up by coming off as a proselytizing minister of a New Age church. Not only that, but he addresses the adults that are his target readers as he would a mentally challenged child (without having had a seminar on how to treat and address such children beforehand). Reading this was just a huge waste of time and mental faculties. There is no way that you could read this book and not be a better person for it. It's full of life lessons that sometimes we need to be reminded of. And if nothing else, you have to love the Squirrel! is a tree rat like a tree Mickey ...

Gag. Horrible, boring, roll-my-eyes-every-three-seconds book. I had to read it for a university project and I hated it! Luckily it was short, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to finish it. These sort of books are just ridiculous.

 Well, I'm off to read something decent now. a indecent story......
